Defining excellence
Engaged Investor’s Trustee Awards 2011 celebrate the best of trusteeship
Now in its sixth year, Engaged Investor’s Trustee Awards celebrate the outstanding trusteeship and companies that provide services to the pension schemes they run. The awards were presented by Engaged Investor’s editor- in-chief and publisher, Bob Campion, and editor Maggie Williams at the Waldorf Hilton in London on Wednesday 6 July.
In total, 18 awards were presented on the day. They covered all aspects of trusteeship, trustee support and scheme governance, from recognising the Trustee of the Year voted for online by other trustees, to best education provider.
As ever, the awards were split into two sections: those voted on by trustees and those decided by members of Engaged Investor’s expert panel of judges.
This year saw competition stronger than ever, with well over 4,000 individual votes cast by more than 1,250 trustees and 42 pension schemes involved.
Find out who won below and find out how they did it in interviews and case studies with the winners in future editions of Engaged Investor.
